It will take some time be patient!!

I vividly reminisce going into one of the big restaurants in in the city of Nairobi with my colleague back in campus when we had gone out to have some good times.

We sat comfortably and ordered for drinks and meals.

Ordering meals

Ordering meals

Count on time – ten minutes elapsed, and the meals which we ordered had not yet been  brought.

I checked the MENU again just to see an aristetic(*)  sign besides the name of the meal unlike in other meals.I was puzzled.

A few more minutes later, some other individuals entered into the same hotel, ordered for meals and theirs was brought  almost immediately.

We were very agitated  for we could not understand why someone who  just came after us was eating and we  are not.

I called one of the waiter and  told them

“Listen, i do not understand how on earth we ordered for our meals twenty minutes ago and up to yet we have not gotten them.

And others who have just come after us have already gotten their meals. Tell us to leave if you people are not ready to serve us!! ”

The waiter humbly responded,” We are sorry for that. It’s only that the meals you ordered are special meals which takes sometime to prepare unlike for others you have just seen – theirs are just simple meals which takes little time to prepare.”

We were very grateful for we never knew that was the cause of the delay”

Long waited meals finally came.

Talk of the encounter in the restaurant reminds me of some real life situations.

Where most of us feels troubled  when doors of prosperity are opening for others but not us.

Others are leading enjoyable lives while ours are lives of wailing everyday.

Others are stinking in wealth while us are still stricken by abject poverty.

I have Good News for you!

It could be that you did not ask your God for a simple thing, but a special order and it’s the one which he is preparing for you and it will take some time to be  ready!

I want to strongly assure you that once your order is out, it will be everything that you had wanted in your life.

Everything you had anticipated for!!

It will be in thousands folds many more times than what you have seen with others.

Just because someone has been blessed before you, it doesn’t directly translate that God has forgotten you.

He is preparing something for you behind the scenes

The first  Nokia gadget that is-Nokia 3310  came before IPhone 6 but it doesn’t necessarily make it much  outstanding.

Have patience of a saint and always be consulting him in prayers.

Amen. You’re right. God requires us to be patient because what He has for us is great but we’re too focused on something else that He deems not too big or ours so to say. You’re a blessing. May God keep on blessing you so that you shower such encouragement and blessings to people.
