I have done a mere investigation on how humans take what they already possess and i have come to conclusively remark that we humans concentrates more on things that we wish we had over the things that we already have.

This comes as a result of overlooking on others and start wishing that we could live the kind of life they lead .

When we get this,we want that. When we get that ,we want those….

And the pattern goes on and on until your life time lapses.

Am not saying its bad to think of the next level but at sometimes, its all good to be contented with what(big or small) you have at hand and tell God thank you.
Do not to spoil what you have today for desiring things you have not; remember even the life and things you are having today were among things you once hoped for.

Its until we appreciate what God has given  to us that more doors of opportunity and prosperity will open for us.

Since the beginning of time,Humans have never had enough.

Am here,I do not have legs;I wish to get Legs .God listens to me,he gives me legs…I still feel i do not have enough,i go back  and plead with him to give me shoes…..The trend continues like that until i feel like owning the whole universe.

That’s us and being dissatisfied is our fossilized nature.

Am by far extent exulted by Nick Vujicic an  Australian Christian evangelist and motivational speaker born with tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterized by the absence of all four limbs.

To me he seems to be the happiest man ever,he demonstrate to us the
need to be more thankful for our abilities and less focused on our disabilities.
We should be much grateful for what we already have than troubling our hearts with what we would wish to get

Let me borrow Nick’s popular quote.
I know people with perfect bodies who don’t have half the happiness I’ve found. On my journeys I’ve seen more joy in the slums of Mumbai and the orphanages of Africa than in wealthy gated communities and on sprawling estates worth millions. Why is that? You’ll find contentment when your talents and passion are completely engaged, in full force. Recognize instant self-gratification for what it is. Resist the temptation to grab for material objects like the perfect house, the coolest clothes or the hottest car.

You do not know how  many people wishes to live the life you lead!!
You do not know how many people spends sleepless nights asking God to give them the kind of life you lead.

You do not know how many people feels motivated at any time they think about you!

And there you are unease and troubled that you want a better life than the one you already have.

Be thankful that you don’t already have
everything you desire.
If you did, what would there be to look
forward to?
Be thankful when you don’t know something,
for it gives you the opportunity to learn.
Be thankful for the difficult times.
During those times you grow.
Be thankful for your limitations,
because they give you opportunities for
Be thankful for each new challenge
because it will build your strength and
Be thankful for your mistakes.
They will teach you valuable lessons.
Be thankful when you’re tired and weary,
because it means you’ve made a difference.
It’s easy to be thankful for the good things.
A life of rich fulfillment comes to those
who are also thankful for the setbacks.
Gratitude can turn a negative into a positive.
Find a way to be thankful for your troubles,
and they can become your blessings.

It doesn’t matter whether the glass is half full or half empty, be grateful that you have a glass and something inside.

Do have fantastic moments as you contemplate that.

what an awesome article. That’s absolute naked truth… we even forget that life itself is the greatest wealth and start complaining of material wealth. If we can only proceed at our own pace and stop seeing what others are doing, I think life can be stress free and people would be glad they’re alive….Good work Kelvin.
